The video documents changes made to thirty-six photographs I took of color-coded markings sprayed onto sidewalks and roads, which I selected from Baltimore's neighborhoods. I used crayon to add symbols borrowed from the Hobo Code, an inside system of signs used by itinerant travelers during the Great Depression to communicate life safety issues.
